It's the 6-character code that identifies your exchange (like ABC123). It's shared openly — in a group chat, on a flyer, wherever — because the code alone reveals nothing. Anyone with just the code still needs a name and PIN, or a personal link, to actually see a match.
A private 6-digit number that was sent to you along with your link when the organizer ran the draw — either as a message (Discord/Matrix/Telegram) or shared with you directly. You need it, together with your name exactly as it was entered in the draw, to look up your match on the "Find My Match" tab.
PINs can't be recovered by you directly — only the organizer who set up the exchange can reset one, from their admin view. Reach out to whoever organized your draw and ask them to reset your PIN or resend your personal link.
Go to the "Find My Match" tab, enter the draw code, your name (exactly as it was typed when the draw was created), and your PIN. Tap "Find My Match," then tap to reveal — it's covered by default so you don't spoil it for someone glancing at your screen.
On the "Start a Draw" tab, you can upload a CSV instead of typing names one by one. It needs a header row and four columns in this order: Name,Discord,Matrix,Telegram. Leave any contact column blank if you don't have it for that person — only filled-in columns get turned into auto-send invites. Download a template CSV to see the format.
Auto-sending can fail for a few reasons — for example, the Discord bot isn't in a server with you, you haven't messaged the Telegram bot first (Telegram requires that before it can message you), or your Matrix ID was mistyped. This isn't unusual and doesn't mean anything's wrong with the draw itself. The simplest fix is to ask your organizer to copy your link and PIN to you directly — they can do this from their results screen without re-running the draw.
